{64th} Miss Universe 2015 Winner 1st 2nd runner-up Top 15 list Images : Miss Universe 2015 was the 64th Miss Universe pageant, held on 20 December 2015 at The AXIS, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. The final to one of the world’s most watched beauty pageants ended in shock and tears as Miss Colombia was demoted to being the first runner-up, and Miss Philippines being made the official winner. Steve Harvey who announce Colombia as miss Universe and when she was all happy with her crown, she was then forced to give up her crown to Miss Philippines Pia Wurtzbach. Footage of the mistake has gone viral on social media, sending fans into a spin as they vent their anger over host Steve Harvey’s error in reading out the wrong name on his card. Miss Colombia looked visibly upset by the incident after it unfolded on live television. In a video message on twitter Miss Colombia said she was still “happy” while wiping away tears. “Everything happens for a reason … I’m so happy, thankyou for voting for me,” she said.
